Classes
- Cancel within 48 hours of enrollment: Receive a full refund or in-house credit.
- Change or transfer your class: Contact us to make changes at least 7 days before the first class, free of charge.
- Cancellations over 7 days before the first class: Receive 100% account credit; non-refundable.*
- Cancellations under 7 days before the first class: Non-refundable.*
- Missed Classes: Due to our student-to-coach ratio, missed classes are not eligible for make-ups, prorated tuition, or refunds. However, you may request an Open Gym Voucher at the front desk for missed classes due to illness or unexpected absences (not applicable for planned vacations).
- Gym Closure or Program Cancellation by ABC Kids Climbing: In-house credit will be issued for each missed class day if canceled by us.
- Unexcused Absences: Missed days due to unexcused absences do not qualify for make-ups, prorated tuition, or refunds.*

Camps
- Change your date: Free if finalized more than 14 days before camp start.
- Cancellations at least 30 days before start: Full refund or account credit available.
- Cancellations less than 30 days before start: Full account credit available.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before start: No refunds or credits.*
- Gym Closure or Program Cancellation by ABC Kids Climbing:
- Due to government mandate or public health order: In-house credits will be issued for each missed day, and participants will have priority enrollment in future bookings.
- For reasons other than government mandates: Participants may choose between a refund or in-house credit for each missed day, with priority booking in future sessions.
- Absences: Missed camp days do not qualify for make-ups, prorated tuition, or refunds.*

Private Lessons
- Payment: Due upon booking.
- Cancellations 24 hours or more before lesson: 100% account credit provided.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before lesson: No account credit or refund.
- Make-Up Cards: Cards cannot be used for lessons with multiple children; each child must have their own card for discount.
Open Gym and Birthday Parties
- Change your date: Free if finalized more than 14 days before the party.
- Cancellations at least 30 days before party date: Full refund or account credit available.
- Cancellations less than 30 days before party date: Full account credit available.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before party date: No refunds or credits.*

Assessments and Practices
- Cancellations over one week prior to initial assessment or practice – 100% account credit given, or a 100% refund (less a $25 processing fee) given, upon request.
- Cancellations 24 hours to 1 week prior to initial assessment or practice– 100% account credit given, or a 50% refund (less a $25 processing fee) given, upon request.
- Cancellations 24 hours or less prior to initial assessment or practice– 100% account credit given, upon request.
- Prorated refunds/credits are not available for missed practices during assessment or if a child chooses to drop out midway through the assessment period.
